Are you offering handcrafted gifts, festive décor, holiday treats, winter apparel, or unique seasonal finds? We invite you to showcase your business at GrotonFest Winter—a magical holiday festival where the community gathers to celebrate the season, shop local, and embrace the winter spirit!
Now is the time to reserve your space and connect with an engaged audience looking for special holiday gifts and seasonal delights.
What You Need to Know:
We encourage vendors to create interactive and engaging booth experiences to enhance the festive atmosphere.
Booth Size: 8–10 feet
Venue Considerations: Please keep in mind the architecture and space limitations of both The Prescott Community Center and The Groton Inn.
Booth Setup:
Each booth space will accommodate a 6-foot table.
Prescott Community Center vendors will be provided a chair and space only.
The Groton Inn vendors will be provided a table and chair, but table sizes may vary.
Please assume you will need a table until your vendor spot is confirmed.
Exhibitor & Artisan Review Process: Registrations will be reviewed by the Groton Business Association to ensure a balanced mix of vendors and handcrafted items.
Exhibitor & Artisan Fees:
Booths: $100
Food Trucks & Food Vendors: $200
